  • Merged without approval — count of merged PRs that never had an approval on GitHub in that window.

How to use it

  • Compare each team’s review speed to the All teams baseline, not to each other.
  • A team with many PRs merged without approval plus a low approval time is worth a closer look; that pattern often indicates rubber-stamping.
  • Use it to pick the team for your next retro or coaching conversation.
