# Team Overview

> Avg time to first review, time to approval, and merges without approval by team.

Per-team roll-up of review performance, always including an **All teams** row for org-wide context.

* **Avg time to first review** — mean time from ready to first review.
* **Avg time to approval** — mean time from first review to approval.
* **Merged without approval** — count of merged PRs that never had an approval on GitHub in that window.

Table rows use who **authored** the PR to decide their team. The table is hidden if no team had any review activity in the period.

### How to use it

* Compare each team's review speed to the **All teams** baseline, not to each other.
* A team with many PRs **merged without approval** plus a low approval time is worth a closer look; that pattern often indicates rubber-stamping.
* Use it to pick the team for your next retro or coaching conversation.
